Terms & Conditions

Last updated 30 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Cosmic Navigation Dialogue or buy anything through it. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Cosmic Navigation, registered in the Netherlands.

Address: Nieuwe Looiersstraat 25A, 1017 VA Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 88571769

VAT number: NL004626597B84

Email: info@yourworldmap.com

We are the seller of everything offered through this service, and the party you contract with.

2. What we sell

We sell digital content and digital services: personal astrocartography maps generated from birth data you provide, written interpretations of those maps, online courses, and related written and audio material. These are delivered online.

We also sell physical items - the printed book and the card deck - which are posted to you. Shipping is charged on top of the item price and is shown before you pay. Physical items have their own withdrawal and return rules, in section 7.

Some content is available without payment. Some requires a one-off purchase, and some requires an active subscription. What each purchase includes is stated at the point of sale.

The interpretations we provide are written for reflection and personal interest. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other form of professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy anything or to see content that requires access. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account.

Your account is personal. You may not share it, sell it, or give others access to content through it. See section 10.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything from us.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where VAT applies. The price shown is the price you pay - there is nothing added at checkout.

For buyers in the European Union, VAT is charged at the rate of the country you are buying from, and is declared through the EU One Stop Shop scheme. For buyers outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged; you may have obligations in your own country, which are yours to meet.

We record the country you give at checkout and use it to determine the applicable rate. Please give it accurately.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a purchase you have already made, and for subscriptions we will tell you before a new price takes effect, so you can cancel if you prefer.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. You are taken to Mollie's secure checkout to pay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Your purchase is complete when Mollie confirms the payment has succeeded. Access is granted automatically at that point. If something goes wrong and you have paid but cannot see what you bought, email us at info@yourworldmap.com and we will put it right.

You receive an invoice for every payment.

6. Right of withdrawal on digital content, and how it is waived

Under Dutch and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

This section is about digital content. For a physical item, see section 7 - there is no waiver, and the full 14 days apply.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived, and we ask you to waive it. At checkout you tick a separate box that reads:

I agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and expressly waive my right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

This is a deliberate, separate choice. It is not part of accepting these terms, and the box is never ticked for you. Because you get the content the moment you pay, the withdrawal right ends at that moment, and the purchase is not refundable.

If you do not tick that box, you cannot complete the purchase - because we cannot give you immediate access without it. If you would prefer to keep your 14-day withdrawal right, email us at info@yourworldmap.com before buying and we will get back to you.

We confirm every purchase, and the waiver you gave, by email.

This section is about withdrawal. It does not affect your rights if something we sold you is faulty or not as described - those rights remain, and are dealt with in section 12.

7. Returns of physical items

This section covers the printed book, the card deck, and anything else we post to you. It does not cover digital content, which is section 6.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to tell us you are withdrawing from the purchase, without giving a reason. There is no waiver, and we do not ask you for one - the checkout does not show that box on a physical order.

Tell us by email at info@yourworldmap.com. Say what you ordered and when it arrived. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the item back. There is a model withdrawal form in section 19 if you would rather use one - it is not compulsory.

You pay the cost of sending it back. We do not collect it and we do not reimburse return postage, so please keep proof of posting - until it reaches us, it is still your parcel.

Send it back in a condition we can resell: you may handle and inspect it as you would in a shop, but if it comes back damaged, written in, or with the shrink-wrap of a sealed deck opened, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you paid with. We may hold the refund until the item is back with us, or until you show us it has been sent, whichever comes first.

The refund includes what you paid for standard delivery to you. If you chose a faster or dearer service, we refund the standard rate rather than what that service cost.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, this section does not apply - that is section 12, and you do not pay to return it.

8. Subscriptions

Some access is sold as a subscription, billed monthly. The price and the interval are shown before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and continues until you cancel it. Each renewal is a separate payment with its own invoice.

The first payment sets up a payment mandate with Mollie, which is what allows the later payments to be taken. Cancelling ends that mandate.

If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and let you know. If it keeps failing, access ends at the end of the period you last paid for.

9. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from Profile → Plan & access. It takes two clicks: a cancel button, then a confirmation. You never need to email us, phone us, or ask permission.

When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months - you keep what you paid for, to the end of it.

We confirm every cancellation by email.

If the cancel button ever fails, email info@yourworldmap.com and we will cancel it for you, effective from the date you first asked.

10. What you may do with our content

When you buy access, you get a personal, non-transferable right to read, use and keep a copy of that content for your own use, for as long as your access lasts.

You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense or make our content publicly available. You may not scrape it, use automated tools to extract it in bulk, or use it to train machine learning models. You may not share your account or your access with anyone else.

You may quote short passages, with attribution, where the law allows it.

Everything we publish - the written interpretations, the maps, the courses, the imagery, the design and the way it is presented - belongs to Cosmic Navigation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Your own birth data belongs to you. The interpretation we generate from it is ours, licensed to you as set out above.

If you break this section seriously or repeatedly, we may end your access - see section 13. We also reserve all other rights and remedies available to us, including under copyright law.

11. Availability

We work to keep the service available and running well, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features.

Astrological calculations are made using published ephemeris data and standard methods. We take care to get them right, but we do not warrant that every calculation or interpretation is free of error.

If a fault on our side means you lose meaningful access to something you paid for, tell us and we will fix it, extend your access, or refund you - whichever fits.

12. If something is wrong

If what you bought is faulty, incomplete, or not what was described, you have rights under Dutch consumer law. Those rights are not affected by anything in these terms, including the withdrawal waiver in section 6.

Tell us at info@yourworldmap.com and we will look at it properly.

13. Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time, by emailing info@yourworldmap.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms in a serious way - in particular the content and account-sharing rules in section 10 - or if you use the service unlawfully.

Except where the law requires otherwise, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of anything you have paid. If we end it because of a serious breach by you, we do not.

14. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited - including for intent or conscious recklessness on our part, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Beyond that, our liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the interpretations we publish. They are written for reflection, not as advice - see section 2.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to.

15. Your personal data

To generate a map we need your date, time and place of birth. That is personal data, and we treat it as such. We use it to produce your maps and readings, and to give you access to what you bought.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service - our payment provider, our hosting and database providers, and our email provider - and only as far as they need it.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@yourworldmap.com. We must keep invoice records for seven years under Dutch tax law, so those stay even after an account is deleted.

If you enter someone else's birth data - for a compatibility reading, for example - you are responsible for having their agreement, and you can remove it at any time.

Our full Privacy Policy sets this out in more detail.

16. Disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms and to anything you buy from us. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

If something goes wrong, please email us first at info@yourworldmap.com - most things are resolved that way.

If we cannot resolve it together, consumers in the Netherlands can find information and help at ACM ConsuWijzer (www.consuwijzer.nl). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Disputes are heard by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Where EU consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim in your own country of residence, that right is unaffected.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms - for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. For subscriptions, you can cancel before the change applies if you do not accept it. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

18. If part of these terms does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies, and the invalid part is read as closely as possible to what was intended, within what the law allows.

19. Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form - an email saying you are withdrawing is enough. It is here because the law requires us to give it to you, and because some people prefer a set form to fill in.

Complete it and send it to info@yourworldmap.com, or post it to the address in section 1.
